When asked how I know how to run this business I reply “I learned it at the dinner table every night growing up.” That was a good start, but now I rely on you the customer to share your comments with me so that we can continue to improve our service and grow our business. I oversee the operations end of the business. I also buy a lot of the equipment and make sure it is in working order for your next event. I am excited to be working on an expansion of our building in order to buy more equipment and create a larger showroom to serve you better.
